I'm Cosimo Salvati — an advertising photographer working between Mexico City and Rome. My work sits at the intersection of documentary authenticity with strategic visual refinement: images that root brands in real moments rather than polish alone.: images rooted in real moments, built to give brands a genuine place in the world rather than just a polished surface.
I trained in art direction at the European Institute of Design, and that foundation shapes how I read a brief — thinking in terms of concept, atmosphere, and cultural context before I reach for a camera. The result is work that feels earned, not applied..
I collaborate with brands across beer and spirits — Heineken Group, Tecate Light, Miller High Life, Tequila Patrón — food and consumer companies, entertainment platforms, and high-end architectural developers. The categories are different; the visual language I bring to each is consistent.
The 2025 Gulf of Mexico Bar campaign for Tecate was recognized at Cannes Lions.. Alongside commercial work, I continue to develop personal projects that keep the documentary dimension of my practice sharp.
